Workers' Compensation CE II

Under general supervision, this role manages a caseload of approximately 150–180 workers’ compensation indemnity claims of moderate to complex difficulty from inception through resolution. The position exercises independent judgment in routine and complex claims handling while adhering to established company and client guidelines. It involves calculating reserves, authorizing payments, and escalating high-exposure or sensitive matters as needed.
