Workers' Compensation CE II

Under general supervision, this role manages a caseload of approximately 150–180 workers’ compensation claims of moderate to complex difficulty from inception through resolution. The position involves exercising independent judgment in routine and complex claims handling, calculating reserves, and authorizing payments within assigned authority limits. The incumbent identifies and escalates high-exposure or sensitive matters and refers claims to defense counsel as appropriate.
