Workers' Compensation CE III

Under minimal supervision, this role independently manages a high-volume caseload of complex, litigated, and high-exposure workers' compensation indemnity claims within the Texas jurisdiction. The position requires applying advanced technical knowledge to develop claims strategies, resolve difficult issues, and make decisions within higher assigned authority limits.
