Workforce Development Training Coordinator- SUD

The Workforce Development Training Coordinator- SUD implements clinical and substance use disorder onboarding, training, and workforce support for new employees and provides continuing education for tenured staff. The role serves as a training subject matter expert for substance use disorder services, including co-occurring psychiatric and substance use disorders, overdose prevention, and medication assisted treatment. This position trains and supports the workforce in the accurate use of the Clinical Management for Behavioral Health Services system and maintains training trackers for program metrics.
