Level II and Level I Support

This role provides Level II and Level I support for agency information technology systems, assisting with the installation, configuration, and maintenance of server software, applications, and hardware. The position involves troubleshooting server-based and end-user systems, performing system administration in an Active Directory/Entra environment, and managing the MIS Infrastructure Helpdesk queue. The role also includes mentoring Tier 1 technicians, documenting IT equipment, and ensuring consistent workstation deployment standards.
