Workforce Management Analyst Senior

The Senior Workforce Management Analyst will support the IT Service Desk and Internal Workforce Support organization by handling workforce planning, forecasting, scheduling, and capacity management. Working within an ITIL-aligned IT Service Management framework, the role uses analytics and forecasting models to ensure optimal staffing and service level performance. The position requires in‑office presence four days a week at the San Antonio, TX or Phoenix, AZ location.
