About this role

The Workforce Management (WFM) Manager leads the WFM function for the Athens Support Center, overseeing forecasting, scheduling, capacity planning, real‑time operations, and performance analytics across all customer interaction channels. This senior role owns the Genesys Cloud WFM platform, develops a team of analysts, and partners with leadership and finance to ensure service level attainment, staffing efficiency, and forecast accuracy.
