Workforce Planning Coordinator

The Workforce Planning Coordinator provides administrative, logistical, and operational support for Production, Maintenance, and Facilities leaders to ensure appropriate staffing levels and training compliance. This role acts as a liaison between Human Resources, Training, and Production, managing workforce planning, labor optimization, and training deliverables. The position focuses on maintaining compliance with organizational and regulatory requirements while supporting employee development and attendance administration.
