Workforce Planning Expert (18 Month FTC)

The Workforce Planning Expert serves as the enterprise subject matter expert responsible for developing and maintaining an integrated workforce plan to support Rolls-Royce SMR's strategic and programme objectives. This role involves designing workforce forecasting models, providing evidence-based advice to senior leaders, and ensuring the organisation has the right capability, capacity, and cost structure to deliver its target operating model. The position requires translating business strategy into quantified workforce demand and managing workforce risks across permanent, contingent, and outsourced labour.
