Workforce Wellness Support Therapist - Contract

Impact Life is seeking a Workforce Wellness Support Therapist to provide ongoing wellness support through its Recovery Friendly Workplace initiative. This contracted role facilitates supportive, nonclinical spaces for employees to discuss work challenges, develop coping strategies, and prioritize well-being. The position helps staff manage vicarious trauma, compassion fatigue, and burnout while maintaining professional boundaries and connecting employees to appropriate resources.
