Working In Partnership Lead

The Working In Partnership Lead builds and maintains strong relationships with key stakeholders to embed meaningful collaboration and consultation practices within the organisation. This role leads the implementation of the Autism Plan and the Working in Partnership Charter, facilitating advisory groups and driving continuous cultural improvement in how the organisation works with Autistic people. The position involves coordinating lived experience co-production, monitoring implementation impact, and promoting awareness of partnership initiatives across all levels of the business.
