Workplace Investigator

Xpera Risk Mitigation & Investigation is seeking a Workplace Investigator to conduct detailed, trauma-informed investigations into workplace matters such as harassment, discrimination, and code of conduct violations across the Lower Mainland. The role involves gathering evidence, interviewing stakeholders, reporting clear and defensible findings, and attending court or legal proceedings as required. Collaborating with clients and stakeholders, the investigator ensures operational continuity by adhering to policies, legislation, and Xpera's best practices.
