Workplace Technology Services Officer (Techbar + Provisioning)

The Workplace Technology Services Officer provides frontline technology support and workplace technology provisioning services to employees across the organisation. Operating from the Technology Bar and supporting on-site and remote users, the role delivers high-quality customer service while managing the end-to-end lifecycle of workplace technology devices and associated assets. The role combines walk-up technology support with provisioning and deployment responsibilities, including preparing and issuing new devices, supporting employee onboarding, refreshing and decommissioning equipment, deploying specialised workplace technology, and maintaining accurate asset records.
