Youth Activity Worker

The Youth Activity Worker is a full-time, nonexempt position responsible for supporting club operations and delivering age-appropriate programs for children ages 6–12. The role involves ensuring a safe environment, facilitating high-yield learning activities, and maintaining compliance with state licensing requirements. This position requires strong interpersonal skills to serve as a positive role model and build relationships with youth, parents, and community stakeholders.
