Youth and Family Development Associate

The Youth and Family Development Associate provides trauma-informed, family-centered case management and counseling services to at-risk youth and families in the San Diego community. This role involves conducting comprehensive assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, and facilitating evidence-based groups to help youth avoid juvenile justice involvement. The position requires collaboration with multi-disciplinary teams, community partners, and juvenile justice agencies to support client success and well-being.
