Youth Counselor

As a Youth Counselor with the Marion QRTP program, you will work directly with adolescent boys ages 12–17 in a 24-hour residential treatment setting. The role focuses on mentorship, consistency, and accountability to help youth develop healthier emotional management, communication, and problem-solving skills. You will support young men in building positive relationships and working toward their individualized goals within a structured environment.
