Youth Counselor

The Youth Counselor role with the South Village PMIC program involves providing 24-hour residential treatment and support for male and female youth ages 12–17 who have behavioral and emotional needs. The position focuses on helping teens build skills, confidence, and healthy relationships within a structured, therapeutic environment. This role requires a dependable adult who listens, sets boundaries, and supports youth in achieving their individualized treatment goals.
