Youth Counselor

As a Youth Counselor with the North Oaks PMIC program, you will support male and female youth ages 12–17 in a 24-hour residential treatment setting. You will help teens facing behavioral and emotional challenges recognize their strengths, develop new skills, and build positive relationships with trusted adults. The role involves creating a structured, therapeutic environment where progress is made one choice and one success at a time.
