Youth Counselor

The Youth Counselor works directly with male and female youth ages 12–17 in a 24-hour residential treatment program, helping them build skills, confidence, and healthy relationships. This role provides a structured, therapeutic environment where teens can work toward individualized treatment goals and develop healthier coping skills. The position requires a dependable adult who listens, sets boundaries, and supports youth through behavioral and emotional challenges.
