Youth Counselor

The Youth Counselor provides supervision, support, and direction to children in a residential setting, fostering their positive growth and development while maintaining a safe and orderly household. The role involves managing daily activities, preparing meals, and ensuring the physical well-being and medical needs of residents are met. Additionally, the counselor accompanies youth to appointments and activities, documents progress, and delivers trauma-informed care and crisis intervention as needed.
