Youth Development Counselor - Overnight Shift ONLY

The Youth Development Counselor provides 24-hour supervision, structure, and guidance to residents at a 10-bed female adolescent Youth Reception Center. This role focuses on creating a therapeutic environment where participants can reach their full potential and develop socially appropriate behaviors and life skills. The position requires working alongside team members to support the residents and their families through various program activities and daily operations.
