Youth Development Professional

The Youth Development Professional implements after-school programs and activities to nurture the potential of Club members under the direction of the Site Coordinator. This part-time role focuses on developing personal relationships with members, volunteers, and staff while modeling core values of honesty, respect, and responsibility. The position requires creating a safe, caring environment that supports academic success, good character, and healthy lifestyles for junior school-aged children.
