The Youth Development Professional is responsible for creating, planning, and supervising programs and activities in areas such as Education, Arts, Sports & Fitness, and Social Recreation. This part-time role involves mentoring youth, promoting their academic success and healthy lifestyles, and maintaining a safe and engaging program environment. The position requires developing purposeful activities, managing behavior, and ensuring the overall emotional, social, and educational growth of members.
