Boys & Girls Clubs of the North Valley
The Youth Development Professional is responsible for the safety and supervision of Club members while implementing programs focused on character development, education, arts, health, and recreation. This part-time role involves maintaining a safe and harmonious environment, coordinating activities, and providing quality customer service to members, parents, and the public. The position requires adherence to organizational policies and collaboration with staff, volunteers, and community partners to support youth development.
