Youth Development Professional

The Youth Development Professional is responsible for the safety and supervision of Club members, with a focus on Transitional Kindergarten and Kindergarten students. This role involves implementing programs across five core areas, including character development, education, arts, health, and recreation, while maintaining a safe and harmonious environment. The position requires coordinating activities, managing facility upkeep, and providing quality customer service to members, parents, and the public.
