Youth Development Professional

The Youth Development Professional plans and implements developmentally appropriate programs for youth members, ensuring their emotional and physical safety while fostering healthy relationships and modeling positive values. This part-time role focuses on delivering an optimal Club experience aligned with the organization's mission and core values. The position reports to the Unit Director and requires active engagement with youth ranging from ages 5-18.
