Youth Housing Support

The Youth Housing Support role serves as the primary day contact for at-risk youth transitioning out of care, providing stable housing and holistic support to prevent homelessness. Staff utilize a team-based approach to help young adults manage stressors, focus on individual goals, and access mental health and community resources during 10-hour shifts. This permanent position involves working closely with vulnerable populations to ensure they can settle into safe environments and make healthy life choices.
