Youth Specialists assist in facilitating day-to-day services for the Day Services Program and Transitional Living Program, supporting youth skill-building activities and crisis response. The role focuses on helping youth develop self-sufficiency skills and successfully exit street life through mentoring and direct support. This on-call position requires availability for overnight awake shifts within a residential and drop-in program setting.
