YSS
The Youth Transition Advocate supports young people ages 17–23 as they prepare for and transition into adulthood by providing case management, advocacy, and life skills support. This role involves building trusting relationships, facilitating youth-centered planning meetings, and connecting youth with community resources to foster independence and self-sufficiency. The position requires collaboration with schools, employers, and other partners to ensure comprehensive support for each youth's journey.
