Youth Worker

The Youth Worker at La Jornada works to make a meaningful difference in the lives of families served by the National Youth Advocate Program by providing advocacy and support towards targeted goals. This role involves interacting with youth to build trusting relationships, offering leadership, and maintaining a safe and supportive atmosphere. The position requires completing necessary training, documentation, and activity preparations while reporting any issues to the Out of School Coordinator.
