This role supports the Boston Red Sox Client Services department by assisting with all aspects of premium member game-day and non-game day events. The position focuses on delivering high-quality, personalized service to Premium Members in suites and club spaces at Fenway Park. It involves preparing club areas, engaging directly with guests, and helping execute special events throughout the baseball season. The role is seasonal and centered around Red Sox home games, concerts, and other special events.
