About this role

HealthLeap is seeking an Account-Based Marketing and Content Marketing Lead to build buying committees and equip stakeholders within target health systems. This role focuses on account intelligence, digital engagement, and creating customer proof to advance sales opportunities without owning event logistics. The candidate will collaborate closely with founders and sales teams to drive revenue growth for AI-driven patient screening solutions.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain detailed account intelligence and buying committee maps for target health systems.
Develop comprehensive customer proof assets including case studies and white papers to drive internal champions.
Execute multi-channel ABM programs encompassing email nurture, LinkedIn, and paid digital campaigns.
Collaborate with sales teams to create collateral, battlecards, and ROI calculators that accelerate deal cycles.
Manage marketing operations including attribution reporting, lead routing, and CRM hygiene within Salesforce.
