The Customer Service Automation and AI Sales Overlay at NiCE is an individual contributor responsible for owning the full sales lifecycle for NiCE AI solutions, from opportunity targeting through closure and post-implementation expansion. The role focuses on growing the product in the market, building partner ecosystems, and representing NiCE as a subject-matter expert externally. It reports to the Director, Solutions Sales and operates in a remote capacity.
