Account Management & Relationship Building

This role serves as the primary point of contact for assigned customers, focusing on building strong relationships and ensuring high levels of satisfaction to drive retention and reduce churn. The position is responsible for driving renewals and expansion opportunities within existing accounts to maximize customer lifetime value and achieve assigned revenue targets. It involves collaborating cross-functionally with internal teams to align solutions with customer needs and managing contract renewals and negotiations.
