About this role

As an Account Manager on Checkr's Mid-Market team, you will own a book of commercial customer accounts responsible for driving revenue retention and expansion through renewals and upsells. You will manage a high-volume pipeline using data-driven processes, partner closely with Customer Success Managers to translate relationship health into commercial outcomes, and negotiate value-based pricing. Success in this role requires prioritizing ruthlessly across dozens of simultaneous accounts while surfacing market intelligence to product and leadership.

Responsibilities

Own revenue retention and growth for a book of commercial accounts
Execute timely renewals and identify expansion opportunities within existing accounts
Manage a high-volume pipeline with rigorous Salesforce hygiene and accurate forecasting
Partner with Customer Success Managers to translate engagement into commercial outcomes
Negotiate commercial terms grounded in value and ROI rather than competitor pricing
