Account Manager

The Account Manager will own a book of approximately 40 customer accounts across GB and Europe, focusing on delighting customers and growing revenue through strong retention and expansion. This role involves managing renewals, driving net revenue retention, and acting as the primary point of contact for high-stakes energy and finance clients. The position requires collaboration with internal teams to ensure customer success and provide valuable feedback to product and sales departments.
