Account Manager

The Account Manager owns relationships with iGUIDE's largest and most complex customers, focusing on revenue retention, growth, and strategic account planning. This role involves managing a book of named accounts, forecasting volume, and identifying opportunities to expand usage and integrations. The position requires building strong partnerships at all levels, from executive sponsors to frontline users, to ensure customer success and business growth.
