Account Manager

The Account Manager is responsible for managing, retaining, and growing an assigned portfolio of existing Family Resource Group clients. This inside account management position focuses on maintaining strong client relationships, ensuring excellent service, renewing advertising agreements, and identifying opportunities to expand or upsell those relationships. The role involves proactive communication with clients, monitoring contract expirations, and collaborating with internal departments to fulfill client commitments. Success is measured by client retention, revenue renewal, and growth within the existing book of business.
