Accountant

This role involves managing the full-cycle accounting for a portfolio of commercial real estate properties, including the preparation of daily, monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reporting. The position requires providing high-level customer service to property managers and clients, ensuring financial accuracy, and supporting budget preparation and CAM reconciliations. The accountant will also collaborate with the Controller, mentor team members, and assist with client and internal audits.
