Senior Property Accountant

A Senior Property Accountant will own full-cycle accounting for a portfolio of commercial properties, serving as the primary accounting contact for property managers, asset managers, and ownership groups. The role involves handling the monthly close, CAM reconciliations, and client reporting while managing property cash and owner distributions. This hybrid position offers flexibility with six work-from-home days per month and reports directly to the Controller.
