This apprenticeship role supports the IT Support Manager in managing all IT equipment and digital work environments for employees at Cheerz in Paris and Gennevilliers. Reporting to the CTO, the position focuses on ensuring a functional and secure workplace through proper setup and maintenance of hardware and systems. The apprentice contributes to optimizing tools and integrations across the company while progressively gaining exposure to more advanced technical environments. The job is embedded within the tech and product organization in a dynamic startup/SME context.
