The Ambassador at Mass General Brigham is an outside-facing, full-time evening position that serves as a visible first point of contact for patients and visitors at The General Hospital. The role is part of the hospital's patient services function and supports the institution's mission of delivering exceptional care and community service. Ambassadors are based at the hospital entrance/grounds and work outdoors on-site.
