Movement Innovation Collaborative
The AP & Contracts Manager oversees day-to-day accounts payable and contract administration processes, ensuring accurate and efficient processing of expenses, invoices, payments, and contracts. This role serves as a key coordination point between Finance, staff, vendors, and partners while maintaining organized financial documentation and supporting grant administration and audit preparation. The position requires strong organizational skills and a service-oriented approach to help organizational financial processes run smoothly.
Movement Innovation Collaborative is a California-based, organizer-led nonprofit dedicated to amplifying and accelerating power building across the state, with a focus on racial justice and communities of color. They work to seed interconnected, intergenerational networks of movements through five core strategies: movement strategy and innovation, intergenerational leadership development, a statewide resource hub, healing justice and sustainable work culture, and a distributed network of regional innovation centers. Seeded by The California Endowment's Social Bond and shaped by over 500 community members, their goal is to build a first-of-its-scale statewide infrastructure that strengthens and scales California's power building ecosystem.
