Movement Innovation Collaborative
The CRM Manager will lead the design, build, and maintenance of the Salesforce CRM database for the Movement Innovation Collaborative. The role involves collaborating with staff, designing and configuring Salesforce, migrating data, and providing training and support for organizational users.
Movement Innovation Collaborative is a California-based, organizer-led nonprofit dedicated to amplifying and accelerating power building across the state, with a focus on racial justice and communities of color. They work to seed interconnected, intergenerational networks of movements through five core strategies: movement strategy and innovation, intergenerational leadership development, a statewide resource hub, healing justice and sustainable work culture, and a distributed network of regional innovation centers. Seeded by The California Endowment's Social Bond and shaped by over 500 community members, their goal is to build a first-of-its-scale statewide infrastructure that strengthens and scales California's power building ecosystem.
