About this role

As the first enablement leader based in APAC, you will own how the field across the region gets ready by designing onboarding, ongoing skill development, manager coaching support, and launch readiness for every GTM function. You will adapt the international portfolio for APAC, run practice-first sessions, and partner with regional leaders to build a scalable coaching standard. The role requires influencing and translating enablement strategies across the region while feeding learnings back into the global programme.
