About this role
An Application Support Engineer on the Customer Experience team who provides technical support to Spotnana's strategic customers and partners, resolving complex escalations and ensuring high customer satisfaction. The role partners closely with engineering, product, Customer Success Managers and Travel Operations to analyze root causes, propose technical solutions, and maintain process documentation. This position is based in the Pune/Mumbai office and requires a permanent night shift (11pm–8am IST).
