Aquatic Supervisor

Under the direction of the Aquatic Supervisor, this role assists with supervising operations related to maintenance, aquatic programs, special events, and aquatic personnel at the Thrive Recreation Center. The position focuses on preventing aquatic injuries by educating guests on safety rules, maintaining facility cleanliness, and reporting safety issues. It also involves overseeing daily facility operations, conducting training for lifeguards, and ensuring proper coverage for the aquatic team.
