ASIC Physical STA Design Lead

This leadership role involves leading ASIC physical STA design and engineering workflow development for multimodal generative AI inference acceleration products. The position requires guiding the ASIC team to improve frontend physical design and driving optimization, implementation, and timing exploration workflows for full-chip STA. It is a hands-on individual contributor role focused on timing closure and signoff within a fast-paced startup environment.
