About this role

The Assistant Controller will lead FastSpring’s global accounting operations, overseeing the monthly close, consolidation, and financial reporting while driving modernization of accounting systems and processes. This role also manages a small accounting team and partners with Finance, FP&A, Tax, Operations, and other business leaders.

Responsibilities

Lead day‑to‑day accounting operations and monthly/annual close processes
Drive ERP implementation and design of general ledger accounting requirements
Manage and develop a team of senior accountants and junior staff
