Assistant Executive Steward

This role oversees daily F&B and stewarding operations, managing departmental processes, staffing, and inventory controls to ensure sanitation compliance and efficiency. The Assistant Executive Steward supports the Executive Steward with standard operating procedures, staff training, and banquet event support while standing in during absences. Key duties include monitoring health safety codes, supervising cleaning contractors, and developing management skills for stewarding supervisors.
